100 Gratitude List

Today is my birthday and I’ve decided to focus on a 100 gratitude list — the many wonderful things to be grateful.  When you focus on gratitude, negative thinking melts away.  You also feel more connected to your big life and stop worrying about the small stuff.

A few years ago, I began this tradition of making a list on my birthday and I’ve decided to do this gratitude exercise again today.  I invite you to do the same and wake up to the miracles in your life.

What are you grateful for and have you completed your list of 100?  Something to ponder on your next birthday or any day.
